Villa Tiara is a modern 3-bedroom villa located on
“The Hill”, a private resort in the Batu Layar area, which
is home to one of the most stunning views you can find on
Lombok.
Villa Tiara is just twenty minutes away from Lombok’s
Selaparang airport, and ten minutes away from the vibrant
Sengigi area, Lombok’s best known tourist area filled with
international restaurants, cozy café’s, boutiques, souvenir
shops and the art market.
Villa Tiara offers you peace and quiet in the relaxing
atmosphere that surrounds the villa.
Completed in 2009, the environment has played a big part in
building Villa Tiara. The villa is using atmospheric LED
lights, solar powered water heaters, and a large tropical
garden that blends in with the natural environment
surrounding the villa.
The villa is centered around the infinity edge private
swimming pool of 12 by 7 meters which is facing towards the
neighboring Bali island, providing you with one of the most
stunning views and sunset you will ever see.
The living area of the villa is spacious, including a TV
lounge area, a great dining area and a private kitchen for
those who want to explore their cooking skills. All three
bedrooms have king sized beds, iPod docking stations,
private bathrooms with en-suite bath tubs and
indoor/outdoor showers.

Cancellation:
During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation
received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for
cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival 1
(one) night room charge plus applicable 15% for government
tax & service charge will be applied and in event of no show
or on same day cancellation notice is subject to full amount
of total room booked
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and
therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with
confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire
transfer to our account.
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier
than the reservation made.
