Lombok Hotels Directory Term & Conditions

Please read carefully our term & conditions before reservation made:

1. Reservation & Cancellation
To get booking confirmation, you are required to pay fully a minimum 2 weeks in advance to the date of travel for any kinds of transport bookings.
A 1 (one ) night deposit is required for any hotel bookings during low season or fully payment depending on individual hotels belong to terms & conditions, at least one month prior to stay.
A 3 ( three ) days is minimum period allocated by Lombok Hotels Directory to hold a reservation in order to allow our clients to transfer a deposit payment during low season and if confirmation has not been received within three days, all booked rooms, transport arrangements or any tour activities shall automatically be released for re-sale.

Deposit Policy for Hotel Reservation
After deposit is made with us, your booking is automatically well secured afterwards you will receive an authorized voucher and if you wish to cancel the reservation, please kindly find the following cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations received by Media Global Company two weeks prior to arrival date (during low season) and 30 days prior to arrival date ( during high season)
For cancellations received within two weeks prior to arrival date is subject to 50% of the fully amount of the total of the rooms booked.
For cancellations received by Media Global Company within one week prior to arrival date, or in the event of no show, 100% from the total invoice shall be charged.
Any cancellations should be made in writing.

2. Travelers Document
Every Visitor to come to Indonesia should require a relevant & updated Visa to enter the country and should hold a passport of at least 6 months validity beyond the designed date of departure and Visitor need to confirm to have either return through tickets for the onward journey.
 

3. Liability
Media Global Company shall have responsibility nor liability for any damages on your computer caused by viruses that infecting during the e-mail or data transmission between the users and Media Global Company . Our devices are equipped with anti-virus software.
 

4. Indemnification
Media Global Company and users (travellers to Lombok) shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from and against any claims, demands, including – without limitation – reasonable legal and accounting fees as a result of your use of material in our website, including software, or your violation of the terms of this agreement or inaccuracy of the information or the availability or quality of products provided by the third parties.
 

5. Force Majeure
Clause 4 shall be applicable in case of Force Majeure. This includes war, unrest, strike, terrorism, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failure, material shortage or rationing, air carriers schedule amendments or any other unavoidable events beyond Media Global Company’s control.
 

6. Law of Agreement
If legal action should be taken related to the agreement regulated here, it must comply with the Law of The Republic of Indonesia.
 

7. Payment Method
Lombok Hotels Directory does not charge any down payment to the users unless specifically regulated by the hotel. The payment should be made 50 % by wire transfer and balance should be paid upon arrival in Lombok to Lombok Hotels Directory Representative that will issue an official receipt and this deposit is not refundable.

We require 50% deposit in advance when confirm booking by Wire Transfer to our Bank Account below:

Media Global Company does not strictly include any forms of insurance or whatsoever, and therefore we strongly recommend you to arrange travel insurance for your own personal protection, and in case of canceled transportation or unforeseen circumstances.
