Our
Rates are inclusive:

Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people,
additional charge shall be applied accordingly

Of 21% for Government tax & service charge

Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 2 kids under 12 years
old sharing bed with parent and only breakfast will be
charged of USD 5 nett/pax/day |

If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge
of USD 15 nett/pax/day |

Our Rates are simply to be advised
CANCELLATION :
During Low Season
No
Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by
us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation
received less than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night
room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service
charges will be applied and in event of no show or on same
day cancellation notice is subject to full amount of total
room booked.
During High & Peak Season (from the whole August and
from 20th December to 5th January)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.
Please note that cancellation notice should be made in
writing

therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with
confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire
transfer to our account |

No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier
than the reservation made |
