Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people, additional charge shall be applied accordingly and additional breakfast for kids under 12 years old: of USD 6 nett/pax/day

CANCELLATION :

During Low Season

No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 17 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 17 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.

During High & Peak Season ( from 1st July to 31st August and from 20th December to 6th January)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.

Please note that cancellation notice should be made in writing

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer t to our account

2.

No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made

3.

 We are not responsible for any bank charges.
