Our Rates are inclusive:

1.	Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people, additional charge shall be applied accordingly
2.	Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3.	Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid under 12 years old sharing bed with parent and only breakfast will be charged of USD 4 nett/pax/day
4.	If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 10 nett/pax/day
Our Rates are simply to be advised Cancellation: During Low Season No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
